Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. If you select damage waiver, you will also be asked to purchase a damage waiver of $33.00 via third party provider Superhog, which will protect you in case of accidental damage of up to $600 NZD during your stay. If you select damage deposit, you will be asked to authorize a damage deposit for up to $600 via third party provider Superhog in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small services fee of 2% of the deposit. Superhog is committed to keeping your data safe and secure. They consistently review their security protocols to ensure compliance with the highest industry and global standards in data handling. They will never sell your information to a third party. Your access to Waikanae Beach Escape will be with a unique code for the smart lock, you will receive your door code at 9AM on the morning of your reservation start date you can then proceed at your leisure and check yourself in at any time that suits you from 3PM!
