I absolutely loved staying at the Beach Escape, very private and peaceful! You can tell a lot of time and care has gone into creating this little getaway. Bed is comfortable, good shower and equipped kitchenette. Added bonus is it is a very short walk to the beach :-) Highly recommend staying here!

Wow! What a beautiful little place ❤️ the Bath outside was amazing! Otherwise Clean , comfortable, so cute. Loved the decor too. ( Just 1 thing) Bring bug repellent or a citronella candle for outside. Thank you so much Lucy 😊 ( hope to be back again)

We had a perfect stay at Lucy’s place! It was ideal for both us and our dog, being so close to the beach and having everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lucy’s communication was outstanding—she was incredibly accommodating when our plans had to change due to ferry cancellations. We truly appreciated her flexibility and thoughtfulness. we had a lovely, relaxing stay at Lucy's place in waikanae. we had everything we needed, and we appreciated the coffee for the plunger! it was a short drive to cafes, restaurants and the cinema. highly recommended.

Very cute accomodation in Waikanae, close to the beach and the shops for some nice restaurants. Lovely place for a little weekend escape. Lucy was a great host, very helpful and responsive. Would recommend staying there!

Lucy’s Beach Abode was lovely and clean. We were very comfortable and it had everything we needed. Close to family nearby as we had traveled from Australia to celebrate my Nana’s 100th Birthday!

We stayed for an extended period towards the end of winter and found Lucy's place to be ideal, lovely and warm and extremely well equipped. Located just a short walk from the beach and with good internet allowing us to work from home.
